I’m Martin Wilson, Lead IT Technician and Head of Home Tech Rescue.

I have worked in the IT sector for over 20 years.

My experience in providing IT support spans from servicing small businesses, to large corporations and big local industries. My knowledge of IT, servicing computers and solving complex technical issues is extensive and backed up by industry approved practices.


My mission is to take this high level of service and implement it into the everyday home. Most IT service providers will listen to your current technical issues, find, and fix the problems, tell you how to avoid making the same mistakes again in the future, take your money and leave.

That’s not how Home Tech Rescue does it.

At Home Tech Rescue, it is my goal to first listen to my clients support needs and help my customers understand their tech issues before offering an effective fix to their problems. Because If you are to avoid suffering with the same IT problems again in the future, you have to understand why they are happening, right?

Home Tech Rescue is always happy to offer free advice to those who need some pointers.

Home Tech Rescue primarily supports locals in Whiteley, Fareham, Park Gate, Locks Heath and Warsash areas. Our focus is providing efficient and effective IT solutions to all our clients and helping them understand the root cause of the problem.

Home Tech Rescue is foremost a mobile service, offering home visits, but there are times when a repair may require more time to complete, or a device will need to be tested specially. In these cases, we will take the device to our workshop and work on the repairs in house. Once it’s fixed, we bring it right back to your doorstep!

Home Tech Rescue’s number #1 priority is customer support.
