Home Tech Rescue provides a range of products and services for home users. Pricing can be varied depending on your requirements, but we have a price list for some of the common services we provide.
Pricing Policy – what are the rates?
My hourly rate is £40 per hour and a one-hour minimum charge applies. However,I do not charge for travelling time to and from your home.
No Fix – No Fee
I offer a strict NO FIX – NO FEE policy. In the unlikely event I cannot repair your desktop PC or laptop computer, you will not be charged anything!
I can collect and redeliver within Whiteley, Fareham, Locks Heath, Warsash, Park Gate and surrounding areas.
I aim to have your device back in good working order in no time.

Home Tech Rescue’s rates are very competitive, and you can have peace of mind that I am fully insured for any damage caused, whilst carrying out any work, however unlikely it is to occur.
I intend to provide total customer satisfaction and I will always rectify any work that has not been carried out to your complete satisfaction. I want to be considered for your future business and am grateful for any recommendations.
My rates, as detailed below, are simply a guide and are therefore subject to change. However, I will make every effort to ensure that they are kept up to date.

Full payment is due upon completion of the work agreed. I accept payment by cash, cheque, BACS transfer or PayPal. A full receipt will be given in return for payment.

Advice over the phone is free and we may be able to sort a very simple issue with you, without the need for a visit. If I cannot assist without seeing the device in person, then I can arrange a visit at a convenient time to suit yourself. I work on your time schedule (including evenings and weekends).
