With the recent developments around the COVID-19 outbreak, we would like to update you on the measures we have implemented to ensure hygiene levels and minimal disruption to service.

As we are a mobile service, we will be able to collect devices, if necessary, and work on them back at our workshop. All units are cleaned and sanitised with the appropriate antibacterial products.

As part of our duty of care, we will be following the NHS guidelines for hand washing, hand sanitising and using cleansing wipes when working on our clients’ devices. These devices will also be returned to you fully cleaned and sanitised when we’re finished.

In addition, Home Tech Rescue can support all our new and existing customers remotely for all software related issues. Remote access will work with both Windows and Apple platforms. We have provided instructions and a link on the website with guidance on how we can connect to your device.
